DareNET : Technological Platform for promoting the use of the Zebrafish animal model (Danio rerio)

The aim of this meeting is to present and discuss the latest emerging technologies employed to consolidate basic and applied research in all fields of science where the zebrafish (Danio rerio) is applicable.
Topics will cover the exploitation of –omics sciences in fields spacing from medicine, toxicology and food science, the development of high throughput analysis technologies, the latest improvements in live imaging and signalling and the newest progresses in the generation of transgenic lines.
The programme will be completed by an interactive round table discussing the most recent advances on feeding and maintenance procedures and a conclusive round table discussing the general state of advance and the future prospective of the technologies used in zebrafish.
